  • 4 tbsps almonds slivered (optional: toasted)
  • 4 tablespoons blueberry jam
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 4 tbsps hemp hearts
  • 1½ cups soy yogurt


  1. For one serving you will need jars or small bowls that it at least one cup (~250 ml).
  2. Start with a layer of yogurt, use half the yogurt for one layer.
  3. For the next layer add 1/2 of the berries and half of the jam.
  4. For the next layer add 1/2 of the hemp seeds and almonds.
  5. Next, add the rest of the yogurt, hemp seeds and almond, decorate with the rest of the berries.
  6. If you don't it straight away put it into the fridge with a lid or a plastic wrap, enjoy!
