Ingredients

  • 1 tsp agar agar
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup mango (puree)
  • 14 oz puff pastry

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 degrees).
  2. You can either use small little baking dishes to place the puff pastry sheets (6 pcs.) into it or you put them directly on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  3. Use a small pot and mix the agar agar powder with the mango puree before you add the raspberries.
  4. Use a small pot and a whisk to mix the mango and the raspberries and bring it to boil, boil until it's a smooth mixture.
  5. Spread the filling equally into the center of the puff pastry and envelop the corners.
  6. Put it into the oven and bake it for 25 minutes until golden and let it cool down before serving.
