Christmas is one of my most favorite times of the year when we get the family together and celebrate each other, life, and food. Food plays a major part in our festivities. And nothing says Christmas like Puff pastry turnovers with mushroom and walnut filling!
Being vegan at this time of the year can be hard – especially if some or most of your extended family are not. But there is no need to worry about that when using this recipe. I have used it multiple times with family members and they can’t even tell the difference.
