For the smoothie bowl

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 medium banana (sliced)
  • 2 tbsps chia seeds
  • 4 dates (remove stone)
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 oz unflavoured sunwarrior protein powder

For the topping

  • 1 medium banana (sliced)
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries (unthaw)
  • 2 tablespoons granola


  1. Add the smoothie bowl ingredients to a blender and blend with as much ice and water as you like until smooth.
  2. Add it to a bowl and sprinkle with the toppings, enjoy!
