Ingredients

For the topping

  • 4 tablespoons pine seeds (roasted)

For the salad

  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 8 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1 lb green beans (cleaned and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the seasoning

  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ lemon (juice and grated zest)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (390F).
  2. Use a big bowl and mix the ingredients for the salad.
  3. Cover a baking tray with baking paper and bake the salad ingredients for about 30 minutes.
  4. Use a small bowl and mix ingredients for the seasoning well.
  5. Mix the salad with the seasoning, adjust taste and sprinkle with the roasted pine seeds, enjoy!
