For the vegetables

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • ½ tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 12⅓ oz sugar snap pea (trim and wash)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 17⅔ oz tomato (chop into cubes)

For the noodles

  • ½ tbsp sea salt
  • 7½ oz soba noodles


  1. Boil a pot of water and add the salt. Add the sugar snap peas and cook for about 10 minutes until soft.
  2. In a big skillet heat the sesame oil and fry the onion and garlic for about 3-5 minutes. Then add the sugar snap peas.
  3. Add the sugar snap peas and fry those for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes and the soy sauce and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Mix the cooked noodles with the fried vegetables and adjust taste before serving.
